Progression Criteria for Increments. (a) An employee will be entitled to progress by annual increments to the top of the relevant salary range, provided the employee has not refused to participate in a professional development meeting with their supervisor pursuant to clause 27.0 – Professional Development - of this Agreement.

Progression Criteria for Increments. An employee will be entitled to progress by annual increments to the top of the relevant salary range, provided the employee is participating in the Career Development Scheme (CDS) and has, or will be engaging in a CDS meeting with their academic supervisor or nominee. Where an employee does not participate in the CDS he/she will be required to apply for an increment in accordance with clause 3.0 of this Schedule. An employee, including one participating in the CDS, may apply for accelerated progression in accordance with clause 3.0 of this Schedule.
