Review of Caseload Sample Clauses

Review of Caseload. To ensure effective representation of Defendants, Attorney will review the assigned caseload quarterly during the Term of this Agreement. The ABA standards and the guidelines set forth in National Legal Aid and Defender Association Resolution will be employed and Attorney will consider the number and complexity of cases assigned during the quarter, the amount of time spent on those cases and Attorney's capability to handle the caseload assigned. Additionally, upon request, Attorney must provide a caseload report to the Presiding Judge on a quarterly basis stating the number of completed cases and the number of open cases for that quarter. Caseload reports must be submitted to the Presiding Judge no later than April 10th, July 10th, October 10th, and January 10th of each year. The caseload report will be compiled in spreadsheet format and submitted electronically to the Presiding Judge.

The approval of a submittal does not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for any deviation from the requirements of the Contract unless the Contractor informs the A/E and ODR of such deviation in a clear, conspicuous, and written manner on the submittal transmittal and at the time of submission, and obtains the A/E’s and Owner’s written specific approval of the particular deviation.

  • Claims Review Population A description of the Population subject to the Claims Review.

  • Calibration The comparison of a measurement system or device of unverified accuracy with a measurement system of known and greater accuracy to detect deviation of the unverified measurement system from required performance specifications (of the unverified measurement system or device) and to quantify all measured values to applicable units of the international system of units.

  • Claims Review Objective A clear statement of the objective intended to be achieved by the Claims Review.
