REVIEW OF DECISIONS TO TERMINATE EMPLOYMENT. 22.1 The sole and exhaustive rights and remedies of an employee in relation to termination of employment are those that the employee has available under: (a) this Agreement; (b) part 3.2 of Chapter 3 and Part 6.4 of Chapter 6 of the Fair Work Act; (c) other Commonwealth laws (including the Constitution and Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review)); and (d) common law.

REVIEW OF DECISIONS TO TERMINATE EMPLOYMENT. 22.1 2.6.1 The sole and exhaustive rights and remedies of an employee in relation to termination of employment are those that the employee has available enjoys under: (a) this Agreement; (b) part 3.2 i. Division 4 of Chapter 3 and Part 6.4 of Chapter 6 12 of the Fair Work WR Act; (c) ii. other Commonwealth laws (including the Constitution and Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review)Constitution); and (d) iii. common law.

REVIEW OF DECISIONS TO TERMINATE EMPLOYMENT. 22.1 10.1 The sole and exhaustive rights and remedies of an employee in relation to termination of employment are those that the employee has available enjoys under: (a) this Agreement; (b) part 3.2 of Chapter Division 3 and or Part 6.4 of Chapter 6 VIA of the Fair Work ActWorkplace Relations Act 1996; (c) other Commonwealth laws (including the Constitution and Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review)Constitution); and (d) at common law. 10.2 Termination of, or a decision to terminate employment, cannot be reviewed under the dispute avoidance and settlement procedures/review of action procedures addressed in Section 13.
