Review of Online Statements. The agreements and disclosures governing your Online Statements Accounts with us describe your obligations and responsibilities with respect to timely examining your periodic account statements or transaction histories and reporting errors and discrepancies to us. These obligations and responsibilities are applicable to your examination and review of the Online Statements.

Review of Online Statements. You must promptly review your Online Statement(s) and notify us in writing of any error within the time requirements provided on your statement. Any applicable time periods within which you must notify us of any errors on your account statement(s) shall begin on the date the Online Statement was first made available to you regardless of when you receive and/or open the Online Statement.
