Periodic Account Statements. We will send you an Account Statement shortly after the end of each monthly Billing Cycle if your Account has a debit or credit balance in excess of $1.00 at the end of the Billing Cycle or any Interest Charge has been imposed during the Billing Cycle. However, we are not obligated to send you an Account Statement if we deem your Account to be uncollectible or applicable law does not require us to send you an Account Statement for other reasons. Your Account Statements will show Transactions; payments, credits and adjustments; Interest Charges and Fees; the Previous Balance and New Balance on your Account; your Credit Limit and Available Credit; and the Minimum Payment Due and Payment Due Date. As you consented to receive e- disclosures when you applied for this Account, your Account Statements are posted on xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx, which is a secure website. At any time you may notify us that you withdraw your consent to receive electronic statements and we will deliver your Account Statements to you in paper through the U.S. Postal Service. However, we will charge you a $3.00 Paper Statement Fee for each Account Statement we deliver to you in paper.

Generally, you will receive 12 Account Statements each year your Account is open. We will not send your Account Statement if (a) we deem your Account uncollectible; (b) delinquency collection proceedings have been instituted, or (c) for any other reason permitted by Applicable Law.
Periodic Account Statements. Transfers and withdrawals made through any ATM or POS terminal, Debit Card transactions, automated phone banking, preauthorized EFTs, electronic/PC transactions or bill payments you make will be recorded on your periodic account statement. Periodic Account Statements. You are responsible for promptly examining your account statement each statement period and reporting any irregularities to us. The periodic account statement will be considered correct for all purposes and we will not be liable for any payment made and charged to your Account unless you notify us in writing within certain time limits after the statement and checks are made available to you. We will not be liable for any check that is altered or any signature that is forged unless you notify us within thirty (30) calendar days after the statement and the altered or forged item(s) are made available. Also, we will not be liable for any subsequent items paid, in good faith, containing an unauthorized signature or alteration by the same wrongdoer unless you notify us within ten (10) calendar days after the statement and first altered or forged items were made available. We are not required to reimburse you for any claimed loss, and you cannot bring any legal claim against us in any way related to a discrepancy associated with a branch-initiated transaction(s) unless you notify us within thirty (30) calendar days after the statement containing the disputed transaction(s) was transmitted to you and/or the item(s) are made available. Except for transactions covered by the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, you must also report any other account problem within sixty (60) calendar days or lose your right to assert the problem against us. If the suspected account problem involves a substitute check that you receive, you may (under some circumstances) be entitled to make a claim for an expedited refund. Such a claim may be subject to different notification timeframes. See the Substitute Check Policy Disclosure, if applicable, for further information. If you have requested us to hold your periodic account statements, we have the right to mail your periodic account statements if you have not claimed them within thirty (30) calendar days. If we truncate your checks, you understand that your original checks will not be returned to you with your statement. You agree that our retention of checks does not alter or waive your responsibility to examine your statements or change the time limits for notifying us of any errors.

Periodic Account Statements. On a monthly basis and from time to time upon the reasonable request of MCG, the Custodian shall confirm in writing to MCG that the current List of Loans includes all Loan Files (and only the Loan Files) being held by the Custodian pursuant to this Agreement. In addition, on a monthly basis and from time to time upon the reasonable request of MCG, the Custodian will provide MCG with a statement describing the Notes then being held by the Custodian in or otherwise credited to the Securities Account pursuant to this Agreement, along with a description of any immediately available funds and/or other property being held by the Custodian in or otherwise credited to the Securities Account pursuant to this Agreement.

Annual account statements will not be provided for Accounts that were closed during Quarters 1, 2, or 3 of each year, the statement generated for the quarter during which the Account closed will be the annual statement for that Account.
