Review of Recommended Timing with the Client’s Staff. Following these initial enhancements, each timing plan will be submitted for review by the Client. The materials provided (in PDF format) for each proposed timing plan will include: • Synchro™ time-space and flow diagrams of the proposed timing (in PDF format) • Synchro™ timing sheets showing cycle length, offset, splits, and phase sequence • A summary of Synchro’s measures of effectiveness for vehicle delay, stops, and fuel consumption If desired by the Client, the electronic Synchro™ files will also be provided. At a subsequent review meeting, the Engineer will present each proposed timing plan using an LCD projector. The Engineer will discuss the characteristics of each plan and receive comments. Following this meeting, the Engineer will finalize each timing plan, incorporating the review comments.
