REVIEW OF THE FRAMEWORK PRICES. 5.1 Subject to paragraphs 4.1.1 and 4.1.2, the Framework Prices will remain fixed for one (1) Year from the Commencement Date. 5.2 The Supplier may request a variation in the Framework Prices in accordance with the remaining provisions of this paragraph 5Error!
