Review of the Price Proposal Package. 8.4.1. NJPA and/or the NJPA Member will evaluate the Contractor's Price Proposal by evaluating the nature and number of Tasks proposed against the agreed upon Detailed Scope of Work and will determine the reasonableness of approach. Furthermore NJPA and/or the NJPA Member may compare the Contractor's Price Proposal to the NJPA Member cost estimate for the Detailed Scope of Work. NJPA and the NJPA Member reserve the right to reject a Contractor's Price Proposal based on unjustifiable/unsupported (with take off details) quantities and/or Work items, performance periods, inadequate documentation, or other inconsistencies on the Contractor's part.

  • Bidding and Proposal Phase 1.5.1 In conjunction with the development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price and at other times as appropriate to the Project, the Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner and Construction Manager by receiving and recording requests for Bid and Request for Proposal (“RFP”) Documents, receiving and resolving questions about Bid and RFP Documents; preparing addenda, issuing addenda, and accounting for addenda issued; attending pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences and HUB meetings; evaluating bids and proposals; and assisting in preparing and awarding multiple contracts for construction. Architect/Engineer shall answer inquiries from bidders and proposers at Owner’s request, and shall prepare and issue any necessary addenda to the bidding or proposal documents.

  • Announcement Explanation School District Board Member Vacancy The School District is accepting applications to fill the vacancy resulting from [reason for vacancy] of [former Board member's name]. The contents of a vacancy announcement, how it is announced, and where it is posted are at the Board's sole discretion. The Board may want to announce the vacancy and its intent to fill it by appointment during an open meeting. The announcement may be posted on the District's website and in the local newspaper(s). The individual selected will serve on the School Board from the date of appointment to [date]. The length of the appointment depends upon when during the term of office the vacancy occurred.   • Proposal Proposal means any information supplied by or on behalf of the insured, deemed to be a completed proposal form and medical questionnaire and other relevant information that the insurer may require.

  • REQUIRED PRICE PROPOSAL RESPONSE All pricing must be fixed cost, inclusive of all expenses and fees if this Statement of Work proposal is for a fixed price agreement. (Remove if Time and Materials agreement) For Time and Materials the pricing proposal must include estimated effort hours, hourly rate for proposed personnel, projected timeline, including timing expectations for the State functional and technical resources and be submitted as a separate document from the rest of the proposal.   • Peer Review Dental Group, after consultation with the Joint ----------- Operations Committee, shall implement, regularly review, modify as necessary or appropriate and obtain the commitment of Providers to actively participate in peer review procedures for Providers. Dental Group shall assist Manager in the production of periodic reports describing the results of such procedures. Dental Group shall provide Manager with prompt notice of any information that raises a reasonable risk to the health and safety of Group Patients or Beneficiaries. In any event, after consultation with the Joint Operations Committee, Dental Group shall take such action as may be reasonably warranted under the facts and circumstances.

  • GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE PROPOSAL 7.1 At the conclusion of the Design Development phase the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal to Owner based on the Design Development phase documents and review comments. The GMP shall be delivered to the Owner within three (3) weeks of the Design Development review meeting or a date established by the Owner. The GMP Proposal must be prepared in accordance with the guidelines established by Owner and delivered in the format specified by Owner in Exhibit “E” attached to this Agreement. Owner, at its sole option and discretion, may specify different requirements for the GMP Proposal. Contractor shall not withdraw its Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal for ninety (90) days following submission to Owner.

  • Technical Proposal The technical proposal may be presented in free format. It shall not exceed ten pages, not counting the CVs. It shall respect the following page limit and structure: • Technical methodology (max. 7 pages) • Quality management (max. 1 page) • Project management (max. 1 page) • Resource management (proposal (max. 1 page) + CVs of experts)

  • Contractor’s Bid or Mini-Bid Proposal f. Unincorporated Appendices (if any).

  • Agreement Exceptions/Deviations Explanation If the proposing Vendor desires to deviate form the Vendor Agreement language, all such deviations must be listed on this attribute, with complete and detailed conditions and information included. TIPS will consider any deviations in its proposal award decisions, and TIPS reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal based upon any deviations indicated below. In the absence of any deviation entry on this attribute, the proposer assures TIPS of their full compliance with the Vendor Agreement. No response
