Performance Periods definition

Performance Periods shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A hereto.
Performance Periods means each of the First Performance Period, the Second Performance Period and the Third Performance Period.

  • Performance Periods may overlap and Participants may participate simultaneously with respect to Stock Bonuses that are subject to different Performance Periods and different performance goals and other criteria.

More Definitions of Performance Periods

Performance Periods means the period(s) during which an employee must perform pursuant to the grant of a PSU; provided, however, that any such period must end on December 31 of the relevant fiscal year.
