Work Items. (i) The items in the Bills of Quantities should be grouped into sections to distinguish between those parts of the Works which by nature, location, access, timing, or any other special characteristics may give rise to different methods of construction, or phasing of the Works, or considerations of cost. General items common to all parts of the Works may be grouped as a separate section in the Bill of Quantities.
(ii) Quantities should be computed net from the Drawings, unless directed otherwise in the Contract, and no allowance should be made for bulking, shrinkage or waste. Quantities should be rounded up or down where appropriate.

(iv) The commencing surface should be identified in the description of each item for Work involving excavation, boring or drilling, for which the commencing surface is not also the original surface. The excavated surface should be identified in the description of each item for Work involving excavation for which the excavated surface is not also the final surface. The depths of Work should be measured from the commencing surface to the excavated surface, as defined.
Work Items. 3.2.1 In its capacity as a ‘Crime and Disorder Committee’, the designated Scrutiny Board is responsible for considering any Member referred crime and disorder matter. At the beginning of each municipal year, the Community Safety Partnership will be invited to make any referrals to the Scrutiny Board which will be considered as part of its overall work schedule. Such referrals are to be formally agreed and presented by a representative of the Safer Leeds Executive.
3.2.2 Where the production of a specific report is requested and/or necessary for a particular Scrutiny Board meeting, then sufficient notice will be given for the preparation of that documentation. There will be a minimum of 7 working days notice.

Work Items. The Company undertakes to put at the Employee’s disposal for the period of his employment the work items specified in Annex 2 attached hereto. It is understood and agreed that such work items, as well as any other property of the Company that may be issued to the Employee, will be used only for business purposes and will remain the property of the Company at all times. The Company will be responsible for any failure or malfunction of the work items that result from normal wear and tear that comes from ordinary use of the work items. The Employee agrees to exercise proper care of the work items and further agrees to be responsible for any loss or damage to the work items that results from the Employee’s abuse, negligence or wilful misconduct related to the work items.

Work Items. Lessee’s Work shall include all labor, materials and equipment required for the installation or construction of those items specified in the Approved Plans. Lessee shall pay all costs of Lessee’s Work. Lessee shall furnish at its sole cost all labor, materials and equipment for the installation and construction of all interior shelving and trade fixtures necessary for the conduct of Lessee’s business.
