Review of Use. VGE shall have the right to review and approve in advance VIASPACE’s use of the VGE Tradename and GKG Tradename, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. VIASPACE shall make as soon as reasonably practicable all changes to the usage of either the VGE Tradename or GKG Tradename on any documents and materials containing either such tradename as reasonably requested by VGE.

Review of Use. The intended use of each property involving a low-income housing project will be reviewed by the appropriate county housing agency and determined, in writing, to be consistent and in compliance with the local jurisdiction’s consolidated plan or community development plan. A detailed list of the intended use for each property will be included as Exhibit ‘ ’.
Review of Use. Where the Association has granted permission for a group/organisation to use the hall on a regular basis and that group/organisation fails to use the premises without prior written notification to the Association, the Association reserves the right to revoke its permission for that group/organisation to use the hall.

Review of Use. For a continuing illness or period of illness, after each actual use of thirty (30) days of Sick Leave Bank days, and upon any request for additional Sick Leave Bank days, the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel will review the case and make a determination as to whether additional Sick Leave Bank days will be allowed and send it to P.E.A.A. for review. Updated or additional documentation regarding the illness may be requested if deemed necessary by the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel.

  • Review of Materials During the term of this Agreement, Client shall ensure that all prospectuses, statements of additional information, registration statements, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, advertising and sales literature or other materials prepared for distribution to Fund shareholders or the public, which refer to the Subadviser in any way, prepared by employees or agents of Client or its affiliates are consistent with information previously provided by Subadviser. Subadviser shall promptly notify the Client of any changes to information pertaining to the Subadviser and stated in the materials described in this Section 6(g).

  • Review Systems The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain and utilize an electronic case management system to manage the Tests and provide systematic control over each step in the Review process and ensure consistency and repeatability among the Tests.

  • Review Protocol A narrative description of how the Claims Review was conducted and what was evaluated.

  • Access to Review Materials The Servicer will give the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Review Materials for all of the Subject Receivables within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the review notice in one or more of the following ways in the Servicer’s reasonable discretion: (i) by electronic posting of Review Materials to a password-protected website to which the Asset Representations Reviewer has access, (ii) by providing originals or photocopies of documents relating to the Subject Receivables at one of the properties of the Servicer or (iii) in another manner agreed by the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer. The Servicer may redact or remove PII from the Review Materials so long as all information in the Review Materials necessary for the Asset Representations Reviewer to complete the Asset Review remains intact and unchanged.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Timeliness of Submitting Orders You are obliged to date and indicate the time of receipt of all orders you receive from your customers and to transmit promptly all orders to us in time to provide for processing at the price next determined after receipt by you, in accordance with the Prospectuses. You are not to withhold placing with us orders received from any customers for the purchase of shares. You shall not purchase shares through us except for the purpose of covering purchase orders already received by you, or for your bona fide investment.

  • Review Scope The parties confirm that the Asset Representations Review is not responsible for (a) reviewing the Receivables for compliance with the representations and warranties under the Transaction Documents, except as described in this Agreement or (b) determining whether noncompliance with the representations and warranties constitutes a breach of the Eligibility Representations. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties confirm that the review is not designed to determine why an Obligor is delinquent or the creditworthiness of the Obligor, either at the time of any Asset Review or at the time of origination of the related Receivable. Further, the Asset Review is not designed to establish cause, materiality or recourse for any Test Fail (as defined in Section 3.05).

  • Review Rights The State and the U.S. Department of Transportation, when federal funds are involved, and any of their authorized representatives shall have the right at all reasonable times to review or otherwise evaluate the work performed hereunder and the premises in which it is being performed.
