RI and FS Reports. The Work Plan shall include provisions for submittal to EPA and the State a draft RI Report and draft FS Report. The RI and FS Reports collectively shall provide, summarize, and discuss the following: - Study Area background and setting; - Sources, nature and extent of groundwater contamination; - Results of groundwater modeling conducted in support of the RI/FS; - Baseline human health risk assessment and evaluation of ecological risks; - Data quality and usability; - Remedial action objectives; - ARARs; - The identification and screening of remedial alternatives, including pilot testing; - A detailed analysis of interim remedial alternatives, including an evaluation of ICs; - The roles and responsibilities of the OCWD, water utilities, or other third parties required for implementation of each remedial alternative; - Existing facilities (e.g., groundwater extraction xxxxx, water treatment systems, pipelines) that may be used as part of a remedy, including their planned use, condition, expected life and the potential for increased maintenance or reduced lifespan compared to new facilities. Upon review of the draft documents, EPA may require OCWD to revise the RI and FS Reports. When complete, the RI and FS reports, along with an Administrative Record, may provide the basis for a Proposed Plan and Record of Decision to be prepared by EPA in accordance with CERCLA Sections 113(k) and 117(a).

  • Sales Reports On or before the twentieth (20th) day of each calendar month after the First Month, Tenant shall submit to City a report (the “Sales Report”) showing all Gross Revenues achieved with respect to the prior month by location, segregated by each source or general type of article sold or service rendered. Such report shall be certified as being true and correct by Tenant and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Director. As described below, City shall have the right, in addition to all other rights herein, to impose a fine in the event Tenant shall fail to submit such Sales Report timely.

  • Royalty Reports After the first commercial sale of a Licensed Product anywhere in the world, LICENSEE shall submit to UNIVERSITY quarterly royalty reports on or before each February 28, May 31, August 31 and November 30 of each year. Each royalty report shall cover LICENSEE’s (and each Affiliate’s and Sublicensee’s) most recently completed calendar quarter and shall show:

  • Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.

  • COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.

  • Usage Reports The Contractor shall submit usage reports on an annual basis to the assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange user agency/department. The usage report shall be in a format specified by the user agency/department and shall be submitted 90 days prior to the expiration date of the contract term, or any subsequent renewal term, if applicable.

  • Compliance Reports The Subadvisor at its expense will provide the Advisor with such compliance reports relating to its duties under this Agreement as may be agreed upon by such parties from time to time.
