Right and Responsibility. All employees have a right as well as a responsibility to develop continuously in their work. Women and men shall be granted the same possibility for continuing education. Continuing education means all measures that contribute to increasing one or more parts of an individual’s competence. In order for continuing education to be possible, good preconditions regarding work organisation, leadership and technology are required.
