Common use of Right of Employment Clause in Contracts

Right of Employment. Nothing herein contained shall be construed or interpreted as giving Employee the right to be retained in the service and employment of Company, and Company and Employee each severally reserve the rights to terminate such employment for any reason whatsoever in accordance with such respective rights of termination as existed prior to the date of this Agreement or may exist in the future.
