RIGHT OF OPEN EVALUATION OF WORK. All monitoring or observation of work of the teacher shall be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher. The use of eavesdropping, public address or audio systems and similar surveillance devices for purposes of evaluation shall be strictly prohibited. Videotaping of lessons as required by state regulations is not prohibited by this paragraph.

The Contractor hereby releases and holds the City harmless from and against any liability or claim for damages of any kind or nature if the actual site or service conditions differ from expected conditions. The contractor shall, at all times, exercise reasonable precautions for the safety of their employees, City Staff, participants and others on or near the City’s facilities.

  • Suspension of unsafe Construction Works (i) Upon recommendation of the Authority’s Engineer to this effect, the Authority may by notice require the Contractor to suspend forthwith the whole or any part of the Works if, in the reasonable opinion of the Authority’s Engineer, such work threatens the safety of the Users and pedestrians.
