Right of Reimbursement and Assignment of Proceeds. The term “third party” means a person or organization other than the covered person. No benefits shall be paid under any coverage of this plan in respect to any injury or sickness for which a third party may be liable or legally responsible. However, subject to the provisions of this Section, the plan will pay such benefits provided that the covered person (or their legally authorized parent, guardian, or representative), shall comply with the following conditions.
