RIGHT TO ABANDON PROPERTY INTERESTS. 12. The Optionee, at its sole discretion, may abandon all interests and cease mineral exploration and extraction work on the Property at any time by providing at least 30 days written notice, the “Termination Notice”, to the Optionor. The Optionee shall have not further obligations to the Optionor in regards to option payments, exploration and extraction work payments as of the effective date of the “Termination Notice” Further Assurances
RIGHT TO ABANDON PROPERTY INTERESTS. 4.1 Should the Purchaser, in its sole discretion, determine that any part of the Claims no longer warrants further exploration and development, then the Purchaser may abandon such interest provided the Purchaser returns to Claims to the Vendor at least 30 days prior to any deadline for additional assessment work to be completed.

Xxxarez, and Placer hereby agrees to do so, and upon expiry of xxx 00 xxxx, or upon the earlier transfer thereof, such interests shall cease to be part of the Property.
RIGHT TO ABANDON PROPERTY INTERESTS. 6.1 Should Mobridge, in its sole discretion, determine that any part of the Claim no longer warrants further exploration and development, then Mobridge may abandon such interest or interests without affecting its rights or obligations under this Agreement, so long as Mobridge provides Laronde with 30 days notice of its intention to do so. Upon receipt of such notice, Laronde may request Mobridge to retransfer the title to such interest or interests to him, and Mobridge hereby agrees to do so, and upon expiry of the 30 days, or upon the earlier transfer thereof, such interests shall cease to be part of the Claim for the purposes of this Agreement.
RIGHT TO ABANDON PROPERTY INTERESTS. 6.1 Should MAX, in its sole discretion, determine that the MANHATTAN Claims no longer warrant further exploration, development or production, then XXX xxx cease all work on the MANHATTAN Claims, so long as MAX provides Vendor with 110 days notice (the “Abandonment Notice”) of its intention to cease all work other than required reclamation work.
RIGHT TO ABANDON PROPERTY INTERESTS. 6.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall require Vanguard to continue payments to Maxore under the terms of the Maxore Agreement.
RIGHT TO ABANDON PROPERTY INTERESTS. Should the Optionee, in its sole discretion, determine that any part of the Claims no longer warrants further exploration and development, then the Optionee may abandon such interests without affecting its rights or obligations under the Agreement, so long as the Optionee provides the Optionor with 30 days notice of its intention to do so. Upon receipt of such notice, the Optionor my request that the Optionee retransfer title to such interests to the Optionor, and the Optionee hereby agrees to do so, and upon expiry of the 30 days, or upon the earlier transfer thereof such interests shall cease to be part of the Claims.
RIGHT TO ABANDON PROPERTY INTERESTS. Cantera Y Marmol, Canteras Acabados Finos, at its sole discretion, may abandon all interests and cease mineral extraction work in the interests of the Property at any time through written notice to Placer. Upon receipt of such notice, Placer shall be entitled to full payment for all mineral extraction fees outstanding within thirty days of such written notice.
RIGHT TO ABANDON PROPERTY INTERESTS. 6.1 Should Heritage, in its sole discretion, determine that any part of the Property no longer warrants further exploration and development, then Heritage may abandon such interest or interests without affecting its rights or obligations under this Agreement, so long as Heritage provides Blake with 30 days notice of its intention to do so. Upon receipt of such notice, Blake may request Heritage to retransfer the title to such interest or interests to him, and Heritage hereby agrees to do so, and upon expiry of the 30 days, or upon the earlier transfer thereof, such interests shall cease to be part of the Claim for the purposes of this Agreement.
