Right to Accompany an Inspector. When an inspection of the operation is made by an inspector authorized to enforce the Worker's Compensation Board Regulations, a Union representative shall have the right to be included on the tour. The Union will be given as much advance notice of the inspection as is reasonably possible. Time off under this Clause shall not be unreasonably denied.
