Right to Donate Clause Samples
Right to Donate. Employees may donate sick leave to come to the aid of another District employee who is suffering from an extraordinary or severe illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental condition which causes or is likely to cause the employee to take leave without pay or terminate his or her employment.
Right to Donate. 9 Employees may donate sick leave to come to the aid of another school District employee who 10 is suffering from an extraordinary or severe illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental 11 condition which causes or is likely to cause the employee to take leave without pay or terminate 12 his or her employment. If an employee is receiving ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Compensation, they are not 13 entitled to receive sick leave sharing.
Right to Donate. 41 Employees may donate annual or sick leave to a fellow employee who is suffering from, or has 42 a relative or a household member who is suffering from, an extraordinary or severe illness, 43 injury, impairment or physical or mental condition; a fellow employee who is a victim of 44 domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking; or a fellow employee who has been called to 45 service in the uniformed services, which has caused or is likely to cause the employee to take 46 leave without pay or terminate his or her employment (Per RCW 41.04.650-41.04.665). 47

Employees not eligible for vacation leave may donate sick leave to come to the 15 aid of another classified employee who is suffering, or whose relative or other household 16 member is suffering, from an extraordinary or severe illness, impairment or physical/mental 17 condition; is a victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking; needs time for parental 18 leave; is sick or temporarily disabled because of a pregnancy; or has been called to service in the
