Common use of Right to Donate Clause in Contracts

Right to Donate. Employees may donate annual leave or sick leave to a fellow employee who is 20 severe illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental condition; a fellow employee who is a 21 victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking; or a fellow employee who has been called 22 to service in the uniformed services, which has caused or is likely to cause the employee to take 23 leave without pay or terminate his or her employment.
