Minimum Accumulation Clause Samples

The Minimum Accumulation clause sets a required threshold that must be met before certain actions or benefits are triggered under an agreement. Typically, this means that a specified minimum amount—such as funds, units, or resources—must be collected or accrued before a party is obligated to perform, deliver, or pay. For example, in a financial context, a minimum accumulation might require that a certain investment balance is reached before interest is credited or distributions are made. This clause ensures that administrative or operational processes are only initiated when it is efficient or economically viable, thereby preventing unnecessary costs or actions for small or insignificant amounts.
