RIGHT TO ENTER FOR REPAIRS. The Vendors / Confirming Party or the Association of Purchasers shall have right of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages / covered parking and utility spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser/s agrees to permit the Association of Purchasers and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Schedule-A property or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
