RIGHT TO HAVE A UNION XXXXXXX PRESENT. An employee shall have a Union Xxxxxxx present in any discussion that a supervisor advises will, or may, involve discipline of the employee. If a Union Xxxxxxx is not available, the discussion shall be postponed until such time as a Union Xxxxxxx can be present. In the event that the employee is involved in discussion with a supervisor and comes to the belief that the matter under discussion does or may involve discipline issues, the discussions will be adjourned until a Union Xxxxxxx can attend.
