Right to Join and Participate. Principals shall have the right to form and join labor or employee organizations, and shall have the right not to form and join such organizations. Principals choosing to participate in internal affairs of the Forum as officers, stewards, and committee persons shall be free to do so without fear of penalty or reprisal.
