Common use of Right to Join and Support Association Clause in Contracts

Right to Join and Support Association. Employees have the right to freely organize, join and support the Association for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining. The District will not discriminate or take reprisals of any kind against any employee who exercises rights under this Agreement. The District will inform all those newly employed contracted certificated personnel at the time of their employment that the Association is their bargaining representative.
