Right to Leave for a Non-Job Related Issue. Personal leave must be utilized for a summons issued because of a non-job related issue. If the teacher has exhausted his/her personal leave, and is summoned for something that is not job-related, leave pursuant to summons or subpoena may be used in order to comply with the summons.

  • Work-related Injury/Disability An employee who receives an Employer Contribution and who is off the State payroll due to a work-related injury or a work-related disability remains eligible for an Employer Contribution as long as such an employee receives workers' compensation payments. If such employee ceases to receive workers' compensation payments for the injury or disability and is granted a medical leave under Article 10, he/she shall be eligible for an Employer contribution during that leave.

  • Non-Exclusive Relationship The relationship between the parties is a non-exclusive one, which allows the Contractor and the Principal to engage in other activities, provided that all of the terms and conditions under this Agreement are strictly observed, including the avoidance of conflicts of interests.
