Common use of Right to Maintain Airport Clause in Contracts

Right to Maintain Airport. The Authority reserves the right to further develop, improve, repair and alter the Airport and all roadways, parking areas, structured parking facilities, Terminal Buildings, landing area and taxiways as it may reasonably see fit, and the Authority shall be free from any and all liability to the Contractor for loss of business or damages of any nature whatsoever to the Contractor occasioned during the making of such improvements, repairs, alterations and additions.
