Right to Make Other Agreements. Nothing in this Agreement limits or restricts the right of the City or the Participating Agencies to make separate agreements among themselves without the need to amend this Agreement, provided that such agreements are consistent with this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement or Exhibit F limits or restricts the right of the City or the Participating Agencies to enter into separate agreements for the purchase or sale of Repurified Water produced by the Water Repurification System or sharing in City Water Utility PW Costs. Such agreements shall not affect the cost allocation and Metro System revenues delineated in Exhibit F.

You also agree that if you have any problems with Mobile Banking, you will contact us directly.
