Right to Non-Participation in the Union. 24.1.3.1 Employees have the right not to participate in Union activities or to be a member of the Union. Neither the Employer nor the Union may discriminate in any way against non-Union-member employees relative to their choice of non- participation or membership; however, if the employee is in a job classification covered under the exclusive representation of the Union, they will still be subject to the provisions of this Agreement as it applies to their job classification.
