Right to Refuse Booking or Passage, to Disembark or Quarantine. We reserve the right to refuse a booking, deny embarkation, disembark, confine to a Stateroom, quarantine or remove any person from a cruise tour or Optional Shore Excursion who may be suffering from a contagious or infectious disease (including but not limited to COVID-19), or whose presence, in the opinion of the Master or any doctor, may be detrimental to the safety or wellbeing of any other person, or in the Master’s opinion, might be excluded from landing at any destination by immigration or other governmental authorities. You agree that such decisions are final and binding.

Right to Refuse Booking or Passage, to Disembark or Quarantine. We reserve the right to refuse a booking, deny embarkation, disembark, confine to a Stateroom, quarantine or remove any person from a cruise tour or Optional Shore Excursion who may be suffering from a contagious or infectious disease which either: a) has serious health consequences and is readily transmissible by casual contact in the context of travelling on, or using, a vessel or; b) which U.S. or international health agencies have determined should result in restrictions on travel. Such diseases include but are not limited to COVID-19. You also acknowledge that we must take any action mandated at any destination by immigration or other governmental authorities with regard to contagious or infectious diseases. You agree that decisions based on a contagious or infectious disease are final and binding.
Right to Refuse Booking or Passage, to Disembark or Quarantine. We reserve the right to refuse a booking, deny embarkation, disembark, confine to a stateroom, or remove any person from a cruise tour or Optional Shore Excursion who may be suffering from a contagious or infectious disease, or who, in our sole opinion, is not fit to travel, or whose presence, in the opinion of the Master or any doctor, may be detrimental to the comfort, safety or wellbeing of the person or any other person, or in the Master’s opinion, might be excluded from landing at any destination by immigration or other governmental authorities. You agree that such decisions are final and binding. We also reserve the right to deny embarkation of any person who has not provided a Fit to Travel letter from their physician when requested, and/or has not received written confirmation from us that reasonable accommodations for their accessibility requirements may be made for them. In all such cases, all related expenses, including those to return home, will be borne by such person and the person shall not be entitled to any refund of the cruise tour, Full Fare or Cruise Fare or any other compensation whatsoever and in such event, we shall have no liability financial or otherwise. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny embarkation to any person other than for reasons prohibited by law.

  • Right to Refuse Dangerous Work An employee shall have the right to refuse to work in situations, which can reasonably be considered dangerous.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.

  • Restrictions on Use of Hazardous Substances Borrower will not cause or permit the presence, use, disposal, storage, or release of any Hazardous Substances, or threaten to release any Hazardous Substances, on or in the Property. Borrower will not do, nor allow anyone else to do, anything affecting the Property that: (i) violates Environmental Law; (ii) creates an Environmental Condition; or (iii) due to the presence, use, or release of a Hazardous Substance, creates a condition that adversely affects or could adversely affect the value of the Property. The preceding two sentences will not apply to the presence, use, or storage on the Property of small quantities of Hazardous Substances that are generally recognized to be appropriate to normal residential uses and to maintenance of the Property (including, but not limited to, hazardous substances in consumer products).

  • Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines‌ All employees covered by this agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.

  • Right to Request Restrictions You have the right to request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures of protected health information. However, I am not required to agree to a restriction you request.

  • Right to Refuse Overtime All employees shall have the right to refuse to work overtime, except when required to do so in emergency situations, without being subject to disciplinary action for so refusing.

  • Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines All employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.

  • Right to Refuse Work Consistent with M.S. 182.654, Subd. 11, employees have the right to refuse work in certain circumstances as specified in the statute.

  • Right to Refuse Employees have the right to refuse to undergo drug and alcohol testing. If an employee refuses to undergo drug or alcohol testing requested or required by the Employer, no such test shall be given.

  • Right to Reject Notwithstanding Buyer’s rights pursuant to Sec. 8.5 and save other rights pursuant to this Order, Buyer may reject any goods within 2 months from the delivery if they are materially defective and in Buyer’s reasonable assessment do not allow a commercially reasonable use. In that case, no payments for these goods are due.
