Cruise Fare definition

Cruise Fare means the amount payable by You to Carrier for the Cruise, scheduled meals, accommodations while on board, air programs, and/or other travel components added to Your Cruise Fare and charged to Your stateroom account and/or credit card. The Cruise Fare does not include beer, wine, spirits, sodas or other bottled or specialty beverages, the discretionary Crew Incentive for Your Cruise, or required Service Charges on optional purchases as further explained below, travel protection purchased through the booking process, or charges for other incidental items, activities, excursions, transportation, or personal services during or in connection with the Cruise; or any Taxes, Fees, Port Expenses, airline or other carriers' services or baggage fees, for which a separate charge may be imposed. Your Cruise Fare can also include packaged fares where items are not added as a separate purchase.
Cruise Fare means the total amount paid for Your Cruise. The Cruise Fare includes the Cruise, scheduled meals and accommodations while on board, air programs and/or other travel components that Carrier may add to Your Cruise Fare and charge to Your stateroom account and/or credit card. The Cruise Fare excludes beer, wine, spirits, sodas or other bottled beverages, gratuities, hotel service charge(s), charges for other incidental items, activities, shore excursions, transportation or personal services during or in connection with the Cruise; or any, airline or other carriers’ services or baggage fees, for which a separate charge may be imposed.
Cruise Fare or “Fare” means the amount paid for the cruise which includes full board, ordinary ship’s food during the voyage, but not gratuities, spirits, wine, beer, soft drinks or mineral waters, shore excursions, salon and spa services, Carnival LIVE concerts, or any other incidental charge or expense. The cruise fare shall be deemed to be earned when paid and not refundable except as stated in Carnival’s brochure applicable to the voyage and as provided in Clauses 7 and 8, herein.

  • The Cruise Fare paid by you covers all normal shipboard services, meals, accommodations, facilities and included shore excursions.

  • If the entire Cruise or CruiseTour is canceled by Us for any reason, Guests shall have no claim other than for a full refund of the Cruise Fare or the CruiseTour Fare, whichever is applicable.

  • We acknowledge receipt of payment by You of the total Cruise Fare or CruiseTour Fare and We agree to transport You from the scheduled port of embarkation to the scheduled port of final destination according to all of the terms, conditions, limitations and exceptions contained in this Ticket Contract.

  • Women who have or will enter their twenty-fourth week of pregnancy at the beginning of or at any time during the Cruise or CruiseTour agree not to request a booking or present themselves for boarding and will forfeit their Cruise Fare if they board in violation of this policy.

  • Optional Facilities and Services, provided by independent contractors and third-party providers, may be added to the Cruise Fare by agreement in order to constitute a total CruiseTour Fare, subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Ticket Contract regarding Our liability.

  • Guests choosing to disregard the policy may be subject to monetary penalties - up to the Cruise Fare paid for passage - that will be imposed to cover the costs associated with the required cleaning of stateroom furnishings, verandas and surrounding deck and accommodation areas.

  • Failure to obtain a certificate of fitness when required as described above, or Your attempt to bring on the Ship equipment not permitted on board may result in denial of embarkation and forfeiture of the applicable Cruise Fare or CruiseTour Fare and in such event We shall have no liability for refund, payment, compensation or credit of any kind.

  • If the entire cruise is canceled for any reason, passengers shall have no claim other than for a full refund of the Cruise Fare.

  • Your name and the names of all passengers in your party, the name of the Ship, the sailing date, your accommodations, the date of issuance of this Passenger Ticket Contract, your total Cruise Fare and all ports, including embarkation and final destination are as specified on this Passenger Ticket Contract.

  • If the scheduled length of the Cruise is increased, You will have no responsibility for the cost of the additional Cruise Fare and We will have no responsibility to pay or compensate You in any manner, including any direct or consequential damages.


More Definitions of Cruise Fare

Cruise Fare means the Invoice Fare, as well as any surcharges added after the invoice as allowed 3-240101 Passenger Ticket Contract (Non US) by this Passenger Ticket Contract. Gratuities on board and on land are not included in your Cruise Fare.

The termFull Fare” is defined as the full combined Cruise Fare, plus land or air component purchased from Carrier and excluding Optional Shore Excursions.
