Fit to Travel letter definition

Fit to Travel letter means a personal medical questionnaire, in addition to any questionnaires, consents or forms which may be required as part of our COVID-19 Policies and Procedures, to be completed by both the Passenger and a qualified medical advisor in a form as prescribed by us and which may be required to be submitted to us and updated according to the terms and conditions herein.
