Licensee’s Right to Terminate Licensee may, at its option, without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, terminate this agreement by giving written notice of such termination to Licensor as follows: (a) immediately, in the event that Licensor abandons the Licensed Marks or otherwise ceases to support the Licensed Marks in Licensor's business; or (b) immediately in the event of the occurrence of a Bankruptcy with respect to Licensor; or (c) immediately in the event of an occurrence of termination pursuant to Section 13.2(d).
Employee’s Right to Terminate for Convenience In addition to Employee’s right to terminate Employee’s employment for Good Reason, Employee shall have the right to terminate Employee’s employment with the Company for convenience at any time and for any other reason, or no reason at all, upon thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to the Company; provided, however, that if Employee has provided notice to the Company of Employee’s termination of employment, the Company may determine, in its sole discretion, that such termination shall be effective on any date prior to the effective date of termination provided in such notice (and, if such earlier date is so required, then it shall not change the basis for Employee’s termination of employment nor be construed or interpreted as a termination of employment pursuant to Section 7(b)).
Right to Relet Should Tenant be in default as provided in Section 18.1 above and Landlord elects to reenter the Premises, as herein provided, or should it take possession of the Premises pursuant to legal proceedings or pursuant to any notice provided for by law, or should Tenant fail to cure a default (after expiration of the applicable notice period) it may either terminate this Lease or may, from time to time without terminating this Lease, make such alterations and repairs as may be necessary in order to relet the Premises, and relet the Premises or any part thereof for such term or terms (which may be for a term extending beyond the Lease Term) and at such rental or rentals and upon such other terms and conditions as Landlord, in its sole discretion may deem advisable. Upon each such reletting, all rentals, and other consideration, received by Landlord therefrom shall be applied: first, to any indebtedness other than Base Rent due hereunder from Tenant to Landlord; second, to pay any actual and reasonable costs and expenses of reletting, including Additional Rent, concessions, or abatements, actual and reasonable brokers' fees and attorneys' fees, and costs of such alterations and repairs (Tenant shall not be liable for any such cost or expense if caused by Landlord) provided that the cost of such alterations, for purposes of this section, shall not exceed the cost of restoring the Premises to so called "Vanilla Shell" condition (hereinafter defined); third, to the payment of Base Rent due and unpaid hereunder; and the residue, if any, shall be held by Landlord and applied in payment of future Base Rent as the same may become due and payable hereunder. "
Company’s Right to Terminate for Convenience The Company shall have the right to terminate Employee’s employment for convenience at any time and for any reason, or no reason at all, upon written notice to Employee.
Termination Without Notice 23.1. The Company may also terminate the Appointment with immediate effect without notice and with no liability to make any further payment to the Employee (other than in respect of amounts accrued due at the date of termination) if the Employee:
Reservation of Right to Terminate Relationship Nothing contained in this Agreement shall restrict the right of the Company to terminate the relationship of the Optionee at any time, with or without cause. The termination of the relationship of the Optionee by the Company, regardless of the reason therefor, shall have the results provided for in Sections 3 and 4 of this Agreement.
Termination by Employee without Good Reason The Employee shall have the right at any time to terminate the Employee's employment with both Employers without Good Reason by giving the Employers written notice that the Employee is terminating his employment. Any such termination shall apply to the Employee's employment with both Employers and be effective ninety (90) days after the giving of such notice by the Employee.
Termination Without Just Cause In the case of a termination of Executive’s employment hereunder Without Just Cause in accordance with Section 1.6.6, Executive shall be entitled to the following in lieu of any other compensation or benefits (under Section 1.4 of this Agreement or otherwise) from Employer:
Termination by Executive Without Good Reason Executive may terminate his employment upon 30 days’ written notice to the Company. In the event Executive terminates his employment in this manner, he shall remain in the Company’s employ subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement for the entire 30-day period unless instructed otherwise by the Company in writing.
Termination by the Company for Cause or by Executive Without Good Reason If Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company for Cause or by Executive without Good Reason, the Company shall pay Executive all amounts earned or accrued hereunder through the termination date, including:
