Right to Represent Employees without Restraint, Interference, Coercion, or Discrimination. The Employer shall not restrain, interfere with, coerce, or discriminate against designated representatives of the Union in the official exercise of their responsibilities as representatives for the purpose of collective bargaining, processing grievances, or acting in accordance with applicable regulations and agreements on behalf of an employee or group of employees within the bargaining unit.
