Right to View Record Clause Samples

The 'Right to View Record' clause grants individuals or parties the ability to access and review specific records or documents maintained by another party. Right to View Record. The contents of an employee's personnel office record shall be disclosed to him/her upon his/her request and to the Union representative upon the written request. in the absence of the Superintendent, Human Resource Director or Personnel Secretary, the employee's personnel office record will be disclosed as soon as practically possibly or no later than the end of the next working day.
