RIGHT TO WORK AND MINIMUM WAGE LAWS. 2 24 A. In accordance with the United States Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, 3 25 CONTRACTOR shall require its employees directly or indirectly providing service serviceservices pursuant to 26 this 4 Agreement, in any manner whatsoever, to verify their identity and eligibility for employment in the 5 United States00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. CONTRACTOR shall also make best efforts to require and verify that its contractors, 28 subcontractors, or any 6 other persons providing services pursuant to this Agreement, in any manner 29 whatsoever, verify the 7 identity of their employees and their eligibility for employment in the United 30 States.

Pursuant to the United States of America Fair Labor Standard StandardStandards Act of 1938, as 32 amended, and 9 State of California Labor Code, §1178.5, CONTRACTOR shall pay no less than the 33 greater of the 10 federal or California Minimum Wage to all its employees that directly or indirectly its best efforts to 34 provide services 11 pursuant to this Agreement, in any manner whatsoever.
