RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ASSOCIATION. 1. To attend Meetings and Conferences The Superintendent shall authorize up to three (3) days with pay per year to both the President of the Association and other delegates to represent the Association at the State Association Meeting. In addition, if a member of the bargaining unit is elected to a position of officer of the State Association or District Office of OAPSE and is eligible to attend the State OAPSE Conference, up to three (3) days with pay will be granted for his/her attendance.
