RIGHTS OF BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS. Section A: The parties agree and understand that each employee within the bargaining unit shall have the right to or not to freely organize, join, and support the Union for the purpose of engaging in collective bargaining and other concerted lawful activities for mutual aid and protection. Section B: The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied without regard to race, color, creed, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, marital status, veteran status, or disability in any of its employment, or education programs or activities, or legitimate Union activity. Section C: 1. No written reprimand concerning the actions of any bargaining unit member shall be placed in a bargaining unit member’s personnel folder by any administrator or supervisor unless notice of such action is given to the affected bargaining unit member at least twenty-four
