Individual Appointments. The University will not offer an individual member an appointment the terms of which violate this Agreement.
Individual Appointments. A 30 minute Orientation appointment (included in the Intake cost of $30.00) is scheduled for a specific counselor (and on occasion a Mental Health Evaluation might be scheduled). You are required to call on the day of the appointment by noon to reconfirm it or your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for it since you did not give 24 hour notice. We will not call you to reconfirm your appointment.
