Rights of Company upon an Employee’s Return from LTD. The Company, in its sole discretion, continues to retain the right to either open a new position or to displace an existing employee in accordance with the seniority provisions in this contract in order to assign an employee returning from LTD at or before the conclusion of the time periods for reinstatement discussed in Section A above.
