  • Rights of use of the results and of pre-existing rights by the NA and the Union The beneficiaries grant the NA and the Union the following rights to use the results of the project:

Such requests shall not be unreasonably denied. While serving as a xxxxxxx or chief xxxxxxx, an employee may not be involuntarily transferred to another tour, to another station or branch of the particular post office or to another independent post office or installation unless there is no job for which the employee is qualified on such tour, or in such sta- tion or branch, or post office. All polygraph tests will continue to be on a voluntary basis.

  • Specific Restrictions on Use of Licensed Materials Unauthorized Use. Licensee shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to use the Licensed Materials.

  • Rights of Third Parties A person who is not a Party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 to enforce any term of this Agreement. This clause shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
