, Rights of MAP. Police officers shall have no vested right to the continuance of any work practice; however, employee rights shall be considered by management in the development of all written work rules and operating procedures. The Chief will make available a bulletin board in a non-public area of the Department for the posting of official MAP communications. The Union will limit the posting of Union communications to such bulletin board. Endorsements, documents, pamphlets and other literature which is primarily political in nature with regard to candidates or elections for any local, state or national office, or material which is inflammatory in nature may not be posted on this bulletin board. Copies of any postings will be provided to the Chief prior to posting.
