Rights of Sworn Bargaining Unit Personnel While Under Investigation. Section 1. The City shall comply with the Police Officer’s Xxxx of Rights, Florida Statutes 112 whenever a police officer is under internal investigation and discipline may be given. Section 2. The request by a bargaining unit employee under investigation for legal counsel or P.B.A. representation for an interrogation shall not cause a delay of the interrogation in excess of fourteen (14) calendar days, unless mutually agreed to by both parties.
