Common use of RIGHTS OF THE OWNERS Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF THE OWNERS. VENDORS AND THE DEVELOPER ON THE PURCHASER/S DEFAULT Shall mean the rights mentioned in the NINTH SCHEDULE hereunder written to which the Owners- Vendors and the Developer herein shall be entitled in case of any default or breach by the Purchaser/s herein.
