Rights Reserved to the City. The City reserves the following rights:
Rights Reserved to the City. All rights not specifically granted to Operator by this Agreement are reserved to the City, and the designation of any particular remedy for the City without prejudice to any other relief available in law or equity and all such relief is reserved to the City.
Rights Reserved to the City. Without limitation upon the rights which the City may otherwise have, the City does hereby expressly reserve its rights, powers, and authorities pursuant to the NLVMC including, but not limited to, Titles 5, 12, and 16, as they may be amended. The City expressly reserves the right to amend this Agreement by amendment to the NLVMC if such an amendment is necessary to protect the health and safety of the residents of the City.
Rights Reserved to the City. The Grantee hereby acknowledges and accepts the rights reserved to the City in Section 0-000-000 of the Cable Ordinance and hereby waives the Grantees rights, if any, to attempt to modify any provisions of this Agreement without the prior written approval of the City or appropriate action of the City Council, if such City Council action is required.
Rights Reserved to the City. (1) City’s Rights. Without limitation upon the rights which the City might otherwise have, every franchise issued shall be deemed to expressly reserve the following rights, powers and authorities, whether expressly set forth in the franchise or not:

The City expressly reserve(s) the right to prevent any use of the described Assigned Area which would interfere with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance of the Airport, or otherwise constitute an Airport hazard.
Rights Reserved to the City. 22.1 Rights not specifically granted to the Lessee by this Lease are reserved to the City.
Rights Reserved to the City. 2. EASEMENTS: The City reserves the right to make grants to third parties or reserve to the City easements or rights of way through, on, or above the Premises. The City will not grant or reserve any easement or right of way that unreasonably interferes with the Lessee’s authorized uses of the Premises.
Rights Reserved to the City. Except as specifically set forth herein, no Provision of this Franchise shall constitute a waiver or bar to the reasonable exercise of any governmental right or power of the City.
