Rights While on Layoff. Bargaining Unit members on the recall list will have the following rights: XV.D.1. No new Bargaining Unit members will be employed by the College while there are Bargaining Unit members on the recall list who are qualified for the vacancy. XV.D.2. Bargaining Unit members on the recall list will be recalled in order of seniority for vacancies in areas for which they are qualified as determined by the College in accordance with the procedures herein.
