Common use of Road Life Consumed Clause in Contracts

Road Life Consumed. The State will reimburse the County for the road life consumed by the detour using the following methods, as set forth in the Detour Management Study Final Report dated January 1991, and updated by MnDOT's Policy on Cost Participation for Cooperative Construction Projects and Maintenance Responsibilities between MnDOT and Local Units of Government.
