Role of Controller. As the Controller, the Company is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights to Process the Personal Data. The Company is responsible for informing the data subjects of the Processing of information concerning them. The Company is responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided to the Contractor. The Company has the right and obligation to determine the purpose and means of the Processing of the Personal Data.
Role of Controller. 5.1.1 is an independent controller of Controller Personal Data under the Data Protection Law.
