Role of TEBA (Effective September 28, 2020. 1.5.1 For the purpose of bargaining collectively with the Association, TEBA is an employers’ organization for the purpose of the Labour Relations Code and has, with respect to central bargaining, exclusive authority to bargain collectively on behalf of the employers and to bind the employers in any agreement with respect to central terms.
