ROLE OF THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ASSOCIATION. The County recognizes the right of the Association to represent employees in connection with grievances which arise under Section 23. of this Memorandum of Understanding.
ROLE OF THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ASSOCIATION. The County recognizes the right of the Association to represent employees in connection with grievances which arise under Section 15. (Grievance Procedure).‌ The authorized representative of the Association recognizes the fact that the supervisor is the key person in the Agency/Department and, understands that his/her Association representation function does not relieve him/her from conforming to all rules of conduct and standards of performance established by law, regulation, County or Agency/Department policy, or MOU.

The role of the Panel shall be to make an objective assessment of the dispute under its consideration, including an examination of the facts of the case and the applicability of and conformity with this Agreement, incorporating necessary findings for settling the dispute. 2.   • ROLE OF THE TOWN Under this ESA, the Town shall not actually receive, take title to, or be liable for the supply or delivery of All-Requirements Power Supply in any manner whatsoever. The Parties specifically agree that the role of the Town is to i) set the terms and conditions under which All- Requirements Power Supply will be provided by the Competitive Supplier under this ESA and to ensure that the Competitive Supplier complies with those terms and conditions, and ii) act as agent for Eligible Consumers with respect to the matters addressed in this ESA. It is the sole obligation of the Competitive Supplier to arrange for delivery of All-Requirements Power Supply to Participating Consumers. The Parties agree that Town is not a “distribution company”, “electric company”, “generation company” or “transmission company” within the meaning of M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 as a result of this ESA, unless a court, the Department, or other lawful authority shall adjudicate to the contrary; provided, however, that the Town may be considered to be operating a municipal load aggregation plan pursuant to M.G.L. c. 164, § 134. The Competitive Supplier hereby agrees that it will take no action that would make the Town liable to any Participating Consumer due to any act or failure to act on the part of the Competitive Supplier relating to the delivery or supply of All-Requirements Power Supply.

  • Information to the Association A. Upon prior notice, the Superintendent or designee will make available to the Association information that is available to permit the Association to bargain understandingly and administer this Agreement.

  • Where the Association TEBA, or a School Division have a difference in interpretation of the central and local matters placement list, or where a mediator appointed to support local parties in local bargaining seeks clarification, the difference may be referred in writing to the Transition Committee through the joint chairs.

  • Designated Representative A. Contractor designates as contract agent with primary responsibility for the performance of this contract. In case this contract agent is replaced by another for any reason, the Contractor will designate another contract agent within seven (7) calendar days of the time the first terminates his or her employment or responsibility using the procedure set for in Section O, Notices.

  • Recognition of the Association The County recognizes the Government Supervisors Association of Florida, OPEIU, Local 100, ("Association") which has been certified, by the Florida Public Employee Relations Commission, Certification Number 1289, as the sole and exclusive representative of the employees within the Bargaining Unit, as described pursuant to PERC Case No. EL-2000-013, and as amended by mutual agreement of the parties for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours of employment, and other terms and conditions of employment. References to “Supervisory” in this Agreement will include all Bargaining Unit members.

  • Authorised Representative The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.
